Thailand truly is a beautiful country, popular among tourists from all over the globe. It’s not just the geographical beauty, but place itself seems to have a serene charm about it. No wonder it’s called the Land of Smiles. Foreign Wedding Planners recently organized a wedding in Thailand at the ever-so-gorgeous Khao Lak.
The celebrations began with a sangeet, held at the Water Front restaurant at the JW Marriott Khao Lak. Curated with rich colours of deep maroons, glitzy golds & other hues of red. Tables were enhanced with beautiful crystal center pieces and flowers. Arabic fusion was added with hanging chandeliers and Moroccan lamps lent a regal touch.
The big day featured all hues of pink, peaches, and mint. Held across the sprawling lawns, the intimate typical Christian wedding was organized by the beach with a gorgeous floral set-up of floral ring backdrop complete with a white petal aisle. An ample use of baby’s breath with beautiful peaches, pinks, blushes and whites looked surreal everywhere. A stunning array of gypsies, roses, orchids and lilies ensured a western touch. Two huge white crystal chandeliers with green foliage adorned the bamboo canopy draped in sheer white fabric. Detailing included delicate paper cones made from lace dollies carrying soft satin rose petals which were used as confetti. Innovative fan shaped itineraries were placed on each chair.
And last bust never least, held at the ballroom, the reception was an event stories will be told about. The ‘Forever & Ever’ themed reception décor looked graceful owing to the pretty pastels of peach and pink. From a shiny white dance floor to the unique acrylic table numbers and name tags, guest book tables, seating plans, bar cards, romantic quote cards and couple logos – each and every bit of décor set-up was custom made and curated to state the love story of the charming pair.
